How to Register

Registration is required for all attendees, but don't worry – it's quick and easy! Simply fill out the registration form below with your information.

Your Digital Ticket

Once you complete registration, we'll send a QR code ticket directly to the email address you provide. This QR code is your ticket to the event, so please:

• Check your email (including spam folder) after registering
• Save the QR code or keep the email handy
• Bring your QR code on your phone or printed out on event day

Event Day Check-In

When you arrive, we'll scan your QR code for quick and contactless entry. Have your code ready to make check-in smooth for everyone!

Seating Information

Doors open at 6:00 PM. Seating for the event is open and unassigned – it's first come, first served! We recommend arriving a bit early to get your preferred spot.

Birthdate on Registration

*Why do we need your birthdate? We collect date of birth to maintain accurate registration records and prevent confusion when multiple attendees share the same name. This information is kept confidential and used solely for event registration and ticketing purposes.
