Transfer Clearance Requirement

Your application to transfer to Westminster College requires a submitted Transfer Clearance Form from your current college or university (or last attended, if not currently enrolled).
Westminster can request this form on your behalf with your approval. Please check the appropriate option

I give Westminster College permission to request the completion of the Transfer Clearance Form on my behalf with my current (or last attended) college/university. This form is required as proof of being in good standing at the college/university from which I intend to transfer. Checking this box/option satisfies the ‘signature‘ requirement on the actual Transfer Clearance Form. This selection will be kept as part of your transfer application.
